The Story
This jacket
was inspired by a trip to Venice Beach when we were in LA
for the MTV Movie awards in 2004. The mornings and evenings were a
little cool and I wanted a lightweight jacket to carry a few extra
gadgets and and still look good. A vest simply was not going to cut it!
We were not going fishing - we were strolling Rodeo Drive and partying
with the stars. BlackCoat Surf just seemed like a cool idea. Judge for
yourself. Water repellant BTW.

For me, this
isn't a jacket so much as a shirt with jacket-like
pockets. The integrated iPod controls are a bonus, but this is the
ideal summer gadget and iPod jacket.
