If you would like to exchange or return an item you ordered, please follow the steps below. 

To exchange part of your order for a different size or color, simply return the item within 30 days of receiving your order, in its original, unused condition (including all original tags and packaging). Koyono will not accept any exchanges shipped after the 30 day period, or if the item(s) are soiled and/or have been worn. For information on our commitment to quality please click here.

To exchange an item, please follow the steps below:

1) Secure all goods to be returned along with a copy of your invoice.

2) Include a note explaining the reason for the return or exchange (and the new size and color you would like to try).

3) Print a return label as instructed below.

4) Return the package via a postal carrier of your choice.

Your return will be processed wthin 5 days of receipt of the goods you ordered.  Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to appear on your credit card.

If there is a problem with the quality of condition of a product we ship to you, please contact us immediately.

Important Note

We cannot refund your original shipping charges unless the product is deemed defective or there was a mistake in fulfilling your order.

For international orders, all customs, duties, taxes, and any other charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded.
