It's really simple to return something you ordered from Koyono.com for an exchange or a refund. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return any product you ordered for any reason. We want you to be happy and will do what every we can to meet your needs.

This easy and straight forward policy guarantees our products against defects in materials or construction or craftsmanship. In the unlikely event that you should receive a defective product you can return it to for full refund, including shipping costs, or we will send a new replacement overnight and at no additional charge. Need to return an item? No problem.

If you would like to exchange or return an item you ordered, please follow the steps below. 

To exchange part of your order for a different size or color, simply return the item within 30 days of receiving your order, in its original, unused condition (including all original tags and packaging).

Please follow the steps below to return an item for an exchange or refund.:

1) Secure all goods to be returned along with a copy of your invoice.

2) Include a note explaining the reason for the return or exchange (and the new size and color you would like to try).

3) Print a return label as instructed below.

4) Return the package via a postal carrier of your choice.

Your return will be processed wthin 5 days of receipt of the goods you ordered.  Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to appear on your credit card.

If there is a problem with the quality of condition of a product we ship to you, please contact us immediately.

Important Note

We cannot refund your original shipping charges unless the product is deemed defective or there was a mistake in fulfilling your order.

For international orders, all customs, duties, taxes, and any other charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded.
