Koyono ships all of its products out of a distribution warehouse located in Grawn, MI. We use two methods of shipment (USPS and UPS), both of which offer trackable methods for all shipments, and are highly reliable.

Our products currently are shipped all over the world. When shipping overseas, you can expect to receive your goods within 5 to 15 business days.

At the time of shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail, which includes a UPS or USPS tracking number. NOTE: If your order was shipped via First Class International Mail (our most economical option for overseas customers), you will only receive a ship confirmation. If you require tracking for your International order, we recommend you use USPS Priority International.

If you do not receive your order in 5-15 days of receiving your confirmation e-mail, feel free to contact us and we will have your matter resolved within 24 hours.

NOTE: These rates are for reference only based on the average weight of packages we ship. Shipping rates and delivery times can vary depending on a packages size, weight and destination. Please note that all orders ship FOB Traverse City, MI 49686. Koyono is not responsible for shipments that are delivered incorrectly by a service provider.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Order ship FOB Traverse City, MI 49686. Customers are responsible for paying the customs and import duties at the time of delivery.  Koyono cannot determine in advance what these fees will be.  We advise that you contact your local customs office for more information.

DISCLAIMER: While all shipping methods we use are over 98% reliable, the ones listed without tracking are not guaranteed.  If a shipment is lost using a non-trackable shipping method, Koyono is not responsible for refunding charges for shipping, handling and lost or damaged goods.  We offer these methods as they are reliable and cost effective. Also, if you are shipping to a business or office building, we will not be held responsible if the internal mail service of your building company is unable to deliver the package to you.
