Koyono ships all of its products out of a distribution warehouse located in Grawn, MI. We ship most of our products via USPS First Class (w/ delivery confrimation), USPS Priority or DHL Ground.

In-stock items ship within 48 hours after receipt of your order, and should arrive on your doorstep within 5 to 10 business days. If you use the expedited shipping option, your products should arrive on your doorstep within 2 to 3 business days.

Our products currently are shipped all over the world. When shipping overseas, you can expect to receive your goods within 5 to 10 business days.

At the time of shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail, which includes a DHL, UPS or USPS tracking number. NOTE: If your order was shipped via First Class mail (all orders under 1 lbs.), you may not receive a tracking number with your e-mail.

If you do not receive your order in 7 days of receiving your confirmation e-mail, feel free to contact us and we will have your matter resolved within 24 hours.
